Getting Started with the MX Client Dashboard
Last updated: September 3, 2026
The MX Client Dashboard is a secure administrative portal for technical teams who build, manage, and maintain integrations with the MX platform. It gives developers and integration engineers access to the tools they need to configure their environment, manage credentials, and monitor integration activity without contacting MX for routine administrative tasks.
Use this article for: Understanding what the Client Dashboard is, who it is for, what you can manage inside it, and how to log in.
Who this is for
The Client Dashboard is designed for developer and technical operations personas, including:
Developers building or maintaining MX integrations
Technical administrators managing API credentials and webhook configurations
Engineering teams monitoring production logs or managing IP access controls
Important: The Client Dashboard is separate from the Value Dashboard and is not intended for business, marketing, or executive reporting. For product performance data, analytics, or business insights, use the Value Dashboard.
What you can do in the Client Dashboard
View API keys: Access development and production API keys for use in your integration.
Manage webhooks: Configure, activate, and deactivate webhook profiles for your environment.
Manage IP allow-lists: Add or remove IP addresses permitted to communicate with MX systems.
View production logs: Access real-time, webhook, and platform logs to troubleshoot integration issues.
Manage team members: Add users and assign roles for your organization's dashboard access.
Access compliance and security documentation: Download relevant MX security and compliance documents when available for your organization.
View OAuth registrations: Manage OAuth connections and registrations for your implementation.

How to access the Client Dashboard
The Client Dashboard is accessed at https://dashboard.mx.com. Your login credentials are separate from the Value Dashboard.
Navigate to https://dashboard.mx.com.
Enter your email and password. If your organization has configured SSO, authenticate through your identity provider.
After signing in, you will see the administrative interface for your client account.
User roles and permissions
Admin: Full access to dashboard features, including API keys, team member management, and configuration settings.
User: Access to the features permitted by your organization's administrators, which may include production logs and aggregation metrics.
Admin access should be granted carefully because it may include the ability to view API keys and add additional users.
When to contact MX support
You need a new Client Dashboard account created for your organization
You are unable to log in and do not have an existing admin who can assist
You are experiencing errors or unexpected behavior in your integration and need MX to investigate
You need to request changes outside the dashboard's self-service capabilities
